I’m so happy you found our practice, because that means you’re looking for better care. I worked for 6 years in the insurance-based system. It wasn’t long before I realized it was broken and I needed a change. Patients waited 30+ minutes to only be seen for a few minutes. I realized they were unhappy and, honestly weren’t getting healthier. That’s why I opened Harbor DPC, a modern approach that puts the focus on the patient rather than insurance companies or strict guidelines. I now work for and with my patients to create a more well-rounded, holistic approach that allows me to get to the root of issues.
I’m a mom of 2 littles and love helping families incorporate healthy lifestyle choices into their routine. Other passions include women’s health, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, and mental health treatment.

A little about me—I’m originally from beautiful British Columbia, Canada, and now proudly call California home. Jihan (above) and I met during our training and have worked closely together ever since, sharing a vision to create a practice centered on access, continuity, and truly individualized care.
I hold multiple board certifications, including the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM), and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC).
My clinical focus is on metabolic health and longevity, including conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and cardiovascular risk. I also have a strong interest in men’s health—particularly hormonal health, with an emphasis on helping patients maintain energy, strength, and long-term vitality through a thoughtful, evidence-based approach.
At the core of my practice is a belief in prevention and partnership—working closely with patients not just to manage disease, but to help them feel their best and live well over time.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy staying active through sports, coaching youth soccer, reading both science and science fiction, and traveling whenever I can.

I grew up in Southern California before pursuing my medical education and training around the world, eventually returning home to care for the community I love.
I am board-eligible in Internal Medicine and will complete my board certification this summer.
My clinical interests include preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, cardiometabolic health, weight management, and helping patients optimize their long-term health. Like the rest of the Harbor team, I believe exceptional healthcare begins with strong physician-patient relationships and taking the time to truly get to know each patient.
I am fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, allowing me to better serve our diverse and growing community.
