I feel very secure with Dr Ansari. She has been very delightful and I trust her fully. My son-in-law is the one that found the Ansari’s for me and I truly appreciate it because I’m getting older and to go out looking for someone that I trust it is too hard. I feel very blessed to have found Dr Jihan Ansari with the Harbor Direct Primary Care group through my Orange County holistic group. I have been seeing her for the past 2 1/2 years, and I’m always pleased with her attention to detail, quick responses, and always there to help me with any questions or concerns I have.
She is always very thorough, patient, and makes sure she takes the time you need to make sure all your questions are answered. She has what I call Great bedside manners.

We’ve been so happy with Dr. Ansari and Harbor Direct Primary Care. Being able to text her and get real answers or prescriptions when we actually need them, not days or weeks later, has been life-changing. This is how medical care should work.

I recently established care with Harbor Direct, and my experience has been wonderful so far. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. As a new patient, I appreciated how easy they made the process and how comfortable they made me feel.

My primary care provider took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like my health concerns genuinely mattered. It’s refreshing to find a practice where you don’t feel rushed and where you leave feeling heard and cared for.

I'll start by admitting, I had no idea what a "Direct Care Dr" was or what they truly provided.  I just knew that I was knee deep in a woman's era of perimenopause, and I truly wanted to crawl out of my skin.  My SIL talked to me about a Dr she had been seeing for about 6 months, and how she listened to her concerns and helped changed her health.

Fast forward to myself, switching from insurance based care over to Harbor Direct Primary Care has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my physical and mental health!

Dr Jihan sat down with me on our first visit, and listened.  She TRULY listened to me.  All my concerns.  All my fears.  All my "icks"... she listened and game planned with me.  Never have I had a dr that truly listened and gave me hope!  She ran all kinds of blood tests so we had a baseline to work with, then sat down with me to go over all the results... and we came up with a game plan together.  It's only been a few months, and I can honestly say - she has changed my life!  I feel like I'm getting back to my "normal" self.  I never knew I had "missing pieces" to my health, and once she replaced what my own body was lacking... OMG GAME CHANGER!!!

On top of the amazing care and attention to detail... she is super responsive to any questions, AND your appointments are on time!  No waiting - you actually see her at your appointment time.
